The Solstice 14TS is the twin tank version of this innovative and complete frying system. Having two tanks adds to the effciency of the system by allowing single tank operation during quieter periods, switching to two tanks during peak demand times.

In trials, Solstice has demonstrated significantly more cooking power, with productivity up by a massive 14.7% on like-for-like models.
